I'm Jamie Votta - a movement and nutrition geek with a special interest in how postural habits and imbalanced pressures in the body affect breathing, digestion, and overall strength and mobility.
My specific knowledge includes gut health and the microbiome, and treatment of diastasis recti and pelvic floor discomfort and prolapse. I believe that the best path to wellness is through the practice of mindful awareness and the creation of healthier habits.
My approach incorporates the use of meditation and positive self-talk, as well as my knowledge of nutrition, restorative exercise, interval training, and yoga.
